Iyengar Yoga with Magi King
This class is for all levels, from beginners to expert. Magi has been teaching
Yoga since 2001 and will make even the novice feel comfortable. Classes will
meet every Friday at 9 am. Cost is 50.00 for five classes. Yoga mats are
supplied. Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move and stretch.
WATCH THIS SPACE! This fall, Heather Wiltse will be offering some gentle
movement classes and some movement classes for children. If YOU have an
idea for a class and need a great place to teach it, give us a call at
828-288-3727. We are open to anything that's fun and educational. Knitting,
fly-tying, underwater basketweaving--if you're an expert, give us a call!
