town in the western foothills. Centrally located between Asheville and
Charlotte, we are just a few miles down the mountain from beautiful Lake
Lure and Chimney Rock. Many great restaurants, antique stores, and quaint
shops will make your stay a pleasant one. Our clean and spacious office is
located between McMahan's Funeral Home and the liquor store. If we can't
help you, maybe you ought to visit one of them!

hiking, rock climbing, shopping at the great Tanner Outlet Store, visiting the Foundation at
Isothermal Community College to see a great performance, wandering in and out of the shops
downtown. Stay in a Bed and Breakfast or a conveniently located hotel. Check out our many
fabulous local restaurants, some of which are family-owned places that have been around for more
than 50 years. Play a game of golf on one of our fab courses. Rent a boat or bring your own and
spend the day or a week on lovely Lake Lure. See the famous cove where Dirty Dancing was filmed,
and the awesome view where part of Last of the Mohicans was filmed. We have something for
everyone, regardless of your budget and the amount of time you have to spend.
